PHILOSOPHY
The Goal of
Primero Academy is to ensure that
our students learn effective and
proven self defense skills, taught
by qualified instructors, in a safe
and positive environment.
Everyone is
welcome. Primero will help you
accomplish your goals and see
results. Whether you are looking for
fun, fitness, discipline, self
confidence, sport or self defense,
Primero can help. We offer programs
for men, women and children as well
as seminars and private lessons. Our
curriculum focuses on all aspects of
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and grappling,
from throws and takedowns to ground
work and submissions. Primero
is a progressive family oriented
academy that promotes traditional
martial arts values; family,
attitude, respect, discipline, honor
and loyalty.

affiliate of the Pedro Sauer
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Association.
Pedro Sauer is a certified 8th
Degree Red/Black Belt Instructor
under Rickson Gracie.
Our method of
instruction provides a common sense
approach to self defense while
providing a fun, safe and
invigorating environment. Primero
integrates beginners into ongoing
classes with advanced students.
Newcomers learn not only from the
instructor, but also from more
experienced students. Advanced
students, in turn, gain valuable
insight by helping new students
progress, thus providing a wider
pool of technical knowledge, wisdom
and insight.

and mental development of people of
